Return & Refund Policy

At Entellus Apparel Private Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within the specified return/exchange period. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange: You can request a return or exchange for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (please refer to the product details page for specific information).

  2. Condition of the Item: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must remain unused and be preserved in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. If the item includes a Seal Tag, please ensure it remains attached and intact.

  3. Return Methods:

    • Pick-Up Service: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You'll see this option when you submit a return request.
    • Self-Ship: If pick-up isn't available in your location, you can self-ship the item. We'll credit the shipping costs in the form of Entellus credits, provided the product meets our return policy, and you share a scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
  4. Quality Check: During the pick-up process, our delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the return. If the item passes the quality check, we'll initiate a doorstep refund into the selected refund mode. If the product doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll ship it back to you.

  5. Exchange Policy:

    • You can exchange an item for a different size or style, subject to stock availability and serviceability of your address.
    • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the difference in amount will be charged to you. If it's of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you upon successful pick-up of the original item.

Exceptions and Rules:

  1. Please check the Product Detail Page for the return/exchange period and specific return/exchange rules for certain products.
  2. Innerwear, sleepwear, and lingerie items are subject to different return policies. Only self-ship return is allowed for these items.
  3. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

No Questions Asked Return or Replacement: We aim to make the return and exchange process as convenient as possible for you.

Note: Currently, we offer pick-up services only in selected PIN Codes. If your area is serviceable, you'll have the option to select pick-up when creating a return request.

For refunds, the timeline may vary depending on the payment method used. Refunds to source accounts via UPI & Wallet reflect instantly, while refunds to Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net banking may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account.
