2. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on location).
    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges may apply).
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary based on destination (typically 7-15 business days).
    • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted courier services (Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for reliable deliveries.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. Packaging Details

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling

  • Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and a reshipping fee may apply.
  • Customers can request delivery rescheduling by contacting us before the first delivery attempt.

6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any return or redelivery charges.
