How can I open an ENTELLUS account?

Hey, opening an ENTELLUS account is simple. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign In” button on the top right corner of our website at www.entellusapparel.com.
  2. Create your account using Facebook or your email ID.
  3. Logging in via Facebook? Use your Facebook account details. If using your email ID, create a password.
How to retrieve my password/email ID?

No worries! You can reset your password by providing your email ID on the login page and clicking on ‘Forgot Password’. In case you have forgotten your email ID, please write to us at info@entellusapparel.com with any details you remember, and we will try to assist you at the earliest.

I think I may have forgotten my password. What do I do now?

Don’t worry! Please drop an email to info@entellusapparel.com. Our team will assist you by sharing the reset instructions promptly.

Payment & Order FAQs for ENTELLUS


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods for domestic orders:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net-Banking
  4. Paytm
  5. Wallet
  6. Cash on Delivery (COD)*

COD Conditions:

  • Available only for orders up to ₹12,500.
  • A ₹50 COD fee will be charged.
  • For orders above ₹12,500, only prepaid payment options are allowed.
  • No shipping fee for prepaid domestic orders.
  • COD is available only in India and not for international orders.
  • COD is only for standard sizes.
  • COD availability depends on your location and our logistics partners. Some areas may not be covered — in such cases, only prepaid options are available.
  • EMI option is currently not available.

For international orders, we support the following card networks via Razorpay:

  1. Visa
  2. Mastercard
  3. American Express
  4. BAJAJ
  5. Maestro
  6. RuPay
  7. Diners

I am getting an error message during checkout. How do I place my order?

Some products in my cart are out of stock. Will I be able to buy them later?

Items marked Out of Stock are usually restocked within a few weeks, unless listed on the Clearance page.

Why have I not received my order confirmation yet?

Your order confirmation email is sent instantly to the email linked with your ENTELLUS account.

Steps to check:

  1. Look in your Spam/Junk folder.
  2. Log in to your ENTELLUS account → Go to “Past Orders” to view all orders.

How to place tailored orders?

Follow these steps to place a tailored (custom-fit) order:

  1. Go to the product category you want.
  2. Use the filter to select “Tailored” size.
  3. On the product page, click “Tailored”.
  4. A form will appear — enter your measurements.
  5. Not sure how to measure? Click “Don’t know how to measure” — our team will contact you within 2–3 business days to assist.

Important Notes:

  • Tailored orders are prepaid only.
  • Please review our [Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy] before placing a tailored order.

How can I see my previous orders?

If you have an ENTELLUS account:

  1. Log in → Go to “My Account” → View “Past Orders”.

If you don’t have an account: Send your Order ID to info@entellusapparel.com — we’ll retrieve and share your order details.


How do I redeem a gift card?

Redeem your ENTELLUS Gift Card at checkout:

  1. Add items to your cart → Go to Checkout (cart icon at top right).
  2. Under Order Summary, click “Have a Gift Card? Click Here”.
  3. Enter the Gift Card code (no spaces) in the box → Click Apply.

Your gift card has lifetime validity.
