How can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel once the order is shipped (i.e., tracking details are generated). Cancellations are only allowed before shipping.
To cancel: Email us at info@entellusapparel.com with your Order ID and request.
In case of cancellation of my prepaid order, what is your refund policy?
For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days of cancellation approval.
What are the cases where we do not accommodate return or exchange?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- International orders
- Tailored/customized orders(Alterations may be offered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of delivery)
Important Notes for Returns/Exchanges:
- Return/exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
- Reuse original packaging (including garment sleeve) to avoid damage.
- Hand over correct items to the pickup executive — we are not liable for incorrect pieces. Additional shipping charges will apply to retrieve correct items.
- First pickup attempt: Within 3–4 days of request.
- If pickup fails after 3 attempts or is canceled by you, additional charges apply.
How can I return or exchange my order?
Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
Steps:
- Log in to your ENTELLUS account → Go to “Past Orders”.
- Select the order → Click “Return” or “Exchange”.
- Fill in the required details and submit.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags.
- Avoid makeup, deodorant, or any marks.
- Use original packaging for safe return.

How do I cancel an exchange request?
To cancel an exchange: Email info@entellusapparel.com with your Order ID and registered email.
I have received a damaged/defective/wrong product. What should I do?
Email us at info@entellusapparel.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item)
We will provide the best resolution (replacement or refund) after review.
How much time will it take for the return/exchange process?

How long does it take for a refund to get processed?
Prepaid Orders:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Takes 5–7 business days to reflect after initiation
COD Orders:
- Refund issued as ENTELLUS Gift Card (lifetime validity)
- Sent to your registered email on the same day of pickup
- No cash refund for COD
Can I exchange or return international orders?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Redeem at checkout:
- Add items → Go to Checkout (cart icon, top right).
- Under Order Summary, click “Have a Gift Card? Click Here”.
- Enter Gift Card code (no spaces) → Click Apply.
Lifetime validity.
What if I was not available at the time of order delivery?
After 3 failed delivery attempts:
- Order is returned to warehouse and treated as canceled.
If you still want the order:
- Email info@entellusapparel.com immediately — we’ll arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
If you want to cancel:
- Prepaid: Refund issued as Gift Card only (lifetime validity) to your registered email.
- COD: No refund — you may place a new prepaid order.
- No refund to original source.
