Shipping & Delivery FAQs for ENTELLUS

What are the delivery charges for my order?
  • Free shipping on all domestic orders of ₹1,000 or more.
  • For orders under ₹1,000, a ₹99 shipping fee applies.
  • During special sale events, standard shipping charges apply to all orders (displayed at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a ₹50 non-refundable handling charge.

International Shipping:

  • Orders below ₹13,000: ₹5,000
  • Orders ₹13,000 and above: ₹4,000

How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?

We deliver to most pincodes across India. To confirm delivery to your pincode, email us at info@entellusapparel.com.


When will you ship my order?

We process and ship your order as soon as it’s ready. Standard shipping timeline: Products will be delivered to the customer 5–7 working days from our warehouse in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, India. You will be notified via email in case of any delays.


How can I track my order?
  1. Tracking details are shared via email once your order is shipped.
  2. You can also log in to your ENTELLUS account → “Past Orders” to view tracking.

What if I want my order delivered ASAP?

Express delivery may be available depending on your location. Email us at info@entellusapparel.com with your request. Note: An additional surcharge may apply based on location and urgency.


Do you accept international orders? What are the charges?

Yes, we ship to select countries including Singapore, Dubai, and Australia. Note: Shipping to the USA is temporarily on hold due to tariff changes.

International Shipping Charges:

  • Orders below ₹13,000: ₹5,000
  • Orders ₹13,000 and above: ₹4,000

Important:

  • Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees (if applicable) must be paid by you at delivery.
  • No duties usually apply for US and Australia.
  • Europe/UK shipments may incur import duties/collection fees as per local laws.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders. For queries, email us at info@entellusapparel.com.


Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses. Email us at info@entellusapparel.com with the updated shipping details before dispatch.

Important:

  • Address changes after shipping are allowed only if the pincode and state remain the same.

What if I was not available at the time of order delivery?

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Our logistics partner will attempt delivery 3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Refund Process: Once returned, we will initiate a refund (minus original shipping charges, if any) within 7–10 business days.

For COD Orders:

  • If you’re unavailable, the order will be returned.
  • You can place a new prepaid order. COD fee is non-refundable.
