10 Day Free Returns & Exchange
This item is eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/colour or return for a full refund.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
Non-Returnable (Bras are returnable)
Items like lingerie/socks/inner-wear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide full refund or replacement if available.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Non-returnable customised order:-
This item is non-returnable due to customised nature of the product, however can be re-tailored to make the garment fit as per your requirement.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective item or product with wrong customization being delivered to you, You can exchange this item for a different size/colour or return for a full refund. we will provide a full refund as applicable.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund.
Prepaid orders are only eligible for returns within 10 days of delivery or COD Orders are only available for exchange.
The customer has to pay Rs.99 on a COD order of Rs.5000 or above for order confirmation. Rs.99 will be refunded to your source account after successful delivery.
Clearance, New year Sale & Diwali Sale orders are only one time replaceable at a fee of Rs.99 Per Product.
For bundles – 07 Days Replacement is available with a fee of Rs. 99 per product. Free Gifts / promotional items are not returnable !
We are not offering refunds on any items which are on SALE however we would be happy to Exchange.😊
Must Be in original condition – unworn , unused with the same tag and labels & in the same packing .
Refund is only eligible on prepaid order or COD however product can be exchange or replace. Second Time Exchange will attract charge of Rs. 150
Handling fees of Rs.100 will be charged to customer for any return order
The following items can’t be returned /exchanged /cancelled
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom , Made to Order or personalised orders that have been stitched/woven for specified sizes, includes orders that have not been processed yet however any kind of fitting issue will be solved
- Sarees for which blouse has been stitched as per the customer’s measurements.
- Discounted Items/Items bought during Sale.
These include products shopped during a site-wide sale, and/or other discounts. This does not apply to products which have been shopped using an Affiliates’ discount coupon or Initial Sign-up discount.
Returns & Exchanges Saree
Returns and Exchanges can be tricky – and we always strive to give you the best products and avoid the hassle of returns or exchanges.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT
If a customer wishes to return it, they will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to Entellus along with 5% restock fee or $10 which ever is higher.
In case there is a defect in the product, our team will do a quality check to ensure the same. If a defect is found, the cost of the product along with the shipping charges will be refunded.
Here are the list of issues not considered defects in saree (read more about them below):
- In the saree the small knots or bumps in threads you often see occur when broken threads are pieced together. This is not considered a defect.
- In saree the uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects.
- In the saree Slubs – residual threads bundled together in tiny knots.
- Saree fabric with Minute gaps in and around motifs.
- Dye ‘bleeding’ onto the pallu from the body – this is common in powerloom sarees.
- Loose threads in Bandhani sarees used for the tying and dyeing.
- Color mismatch – colors are subjective, we understand. We try to best capture the most truest colors of the saree. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colors may appear different on different devices. Hence, it is advisable you check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the color of a product.
These are considered defects:
- Tear in the saree
- Incorrect length (instead of what was stated),
- Missing blouse piece (if mentioned that the saree has a blouse piece)

You can return the item for a store credit or exchange for same or higher priced product.
If you’d like to return a product, send us an email at email@example.com with your concern within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Once we confirm that you would like to go ahead with the return, ship the products back to us within 3 days of receipt of the order. If you have any concerns regarding the duration or nature of return, feel free to email us.
Returns on international shipments, are to be paid by the buyer and the customs for returns also will have to be borne by the buyer.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product falls under the Special Price section.
- Saree can not be exchanged if fall Pico is done or Blouse is detached.
- Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect items.
- Please note, our products are handwoven and delicate. As the fabrics are pure each saree requires very careful handling. Hence, we offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
- Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect if any.
- Saree(s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery subject to-
- A customer returning the saree unused, unwashed, unaltered and its original condition with all tags intact.
- The original invoice must be produced at the time of the request for exchange.
- We do not accept packages from any courier other than our suggested courier.
- courier charges will be applicable as above in general policy.
- The company reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange and such decision of the company shall be final and binding.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package.
- Entellus Apparel will initiate the refund process for incorrect or defective products to your mode of payment (you need to give your details) within 03 to 05 working days.
- The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account / as balance (in case of Cash On Delivery orders are only eligible for exchange/replacement).
The refund time period for different modes of payments is provided below.
Refund for Prepaid Orders:-
Credit Card/ Debit Card:- refund in 2-4 Business Days
Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account):- refund in 3-5 Business Days
UPI Linked Bank Account:- refund in 2-4 Business Days
Pay Later:- refund in 5 Business days
Note: International customers would need to reach out to our Customer Service team to get refunds for their purchase. The refund would be made to the original payment method/instrument used to make the initial purchase.
